Privacy Policy
What are Personal Data?
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable data subject. A data subject is considered identified or identifiable if the data subject can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular by reference to a number, code, or one or more factors specific to his physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
Personal data therefore include, in particular, name, surname, address of a natural person, email, IP address, and may include information about the use of services or activities and preferences of a natural person. The protection of personal data is regulated by Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts, as amended (“Personal Data Protection Act”).
What is Personal Data Processing?
Processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations which is performed by the controller or processor systematically on personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

We process your personal data as a controller, i.e., we determine how personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long, and we select any additional processors who will help us with the processing.

Scope of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing
We process personal data that you entrust to us yourself, for the following reasons:

Provision of services and contract fulfillment – We process your personal data (name, surname, email, phone, billing details) for the purpose of preparing a price quote, concluding a contract, issuing tax documents, and ensuring the delivery of a shipping container including transportation to the destination.

Accounting and legal obligations – We are obliged to process your personal data (billing and identification data) to comply with tax and accounting regulations.

Customer communication – we process contact details (name, phone, email) for the purpose of communication regarding your order, service issues, or inquiries sent through the contact form.

Marketing and information – With your consent, we may send you commercial messages and news by email (e.g., promotions on container rental or sales, new logistics services). You can unsubscribe from these at any time.

Advanced marketing based on consent – Only with your explicit consent can we use your email address or phone number for targeted advertising through online marketing tools (e.g., remarketing, targeted ads on social networks). You can withdraw this consent at any time.
 
Cookies
When browsing our website, we record your IP address, time spent on the site, and the source from which you come. We consider the use of cookies to measure traffic and customize the display of the website as our legitimate interest as a controller, as we believe that this allows us to offer you better services.
We process cookies for targeted advertising only based on your consent. You can browse our pages in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable the use of cookies on your device.
Security and Protection of Personal Data
We handle your personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable legislation. We use both automated and non-automated means for processing. All data is stored on secure servers exclusively in the European Union. We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies corresponding to the current technical state.
We have adopted and maintain all reasonable technical and organizational measures that prevent misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data.
Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties
Our employees and collaborators have access to your data. For some processing operations that we cannot secure internally, we use the services of processors with appropriate security and specialization.
Processors used: Facebook, accounting firm, carrier, etc.
It is possible that in the future we will engage additional applications or processors to facilitate and improve processing. In such a case, we will place at least the legally required demands on the security and quality of processing when selecting them.
Provision of Personal Data outside the EU
We process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that, according to a decision of the European Commission, ensure an adequate level of protection.
Your Rights

Right of access – you can ask us at any time and within 30 days we will document what personal data we process and why.

Right to rectification and completion – if your data is outdated or incomplete, you have the right to update it.

Right to restriction of processing – if you believe we are processing inaccurate data, if you disagree with the processing, or do not want to delete the data; e.g., by unsubscribing from the newsletter, you limit the purpose of processing for sending commercial communications.

Right to data portability – upon request, we will provide you with the data in a machine-readable format (deadline: within 60 days).

Right to erasure (to be forgotten) – upon request, we will delete your personal data from our systems, processors’ systems, and backups (deadline: within 60 days).
In some cases, the law requires us to retain certain data (e.g., tax documents for the statutory period). After fulfilling the obligation, we will delete this data as well. We will inform you by email when the deletion is complete. 
Filing a Complaint
If you believe that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. We would appreciate if you contact us first so that we can rectify any potential misconduct.
Unsubscribing from Newsletters and Commercial Communications
If you are our customer, we send emails based on legitimate interest; otherwise only with your consent. You can terminate the subscription at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in each email.
